This division administers rules and regulations
pertaining to recruitment ,staff welfare, remuneration, development,
appraisal, and discipline. It develops strategies and periodic
management report on recruitment and management of the department's
vacancy status. Manages preparation of manpower estimates and financial
and verifies that the budget estimate ceiling is not exceeded.
Facilitates implementation of all performance improvement initiatives.
